Welcome to our One24 team!  We now share a common economic interest and are together in the right place, at the right time!!

As you know, the One24 business is about successful duplication and growth to build permanent retirement income within 24 months.  This shared “welcome letter” will help you get started and is highly recommended to be sent to all new team members, regardless of their personal experience… since it’s about duplication :)  

Here are some pointers to help you and your upcoming success team get started on the right track: 

1.     The first priority to know is that the most important thing is to remain active with your autoship, no matter which product you choose.  This ensures that you will continue your compensation schedule.  In the One24 Back Office, you need to verify toward the end of each month that your downline PC’s are also active with their autoship.

-         To see your autoship orders, go to “Order History”.  

-         To see your team’s autoship, go to “Data Viewer” and view Sales Volume links and their respective Order Dates. 

2.     In your Back Office, learn the features, policies, and procedures.  Make your http://(USERNAME).124online.com replicated website appear professional for prospecting purposes by having your phone number and email appear at the top of each page and in your contact information; this also gives visibility for your upline to help people with autoship issues.

-         Do this by going into “Personal Account –> General Information”.  Within the “Last Name” field, AFTER your last name, add “ - yourphonenumber   youremailaddress”.

Example: Smith – 123.456.7890  johnsmith@email.com 

      3.    Next, allow the momentum of signing on, and the building of the company, to motivate you to get people to watch the One24 videos and populate your waiting list.  The key to maximizing the compensation plan is the “Platinum Game Board” strategy.  It needs to be understood and implemented by all those looking for significant, permanent residual income.  This business rewards and encourages people to give up sponsorships to help others succeed, which results in your success.  Utilize the corporate site.  There is also a 124 Marketing System that can further duplication efforts; one of its greatest advantages are the massive amounts of regular training (live and recorded). DON’T TELL YOUR PROSPECTS ANYTHING, UNTIL YOU CAN TELL THEM EVERYTHING!!…THEN SAY LESS TO MORE PEOPLE BY USING THE TOOLS AND THE SYSTEM.

     6.    You’ll want to use Social Media as much as possible.  There are Facebook groups, your own FB wall, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.; Each are valuable in building your business.  You’ll be surprised that other networkers want what you have; they’ll also provide valuable experience to you as well. 

     7.   Training!  This actually could be any number here on the priority list, and even number 2.  Our team has a series of online weekly training webinars (live and recorded); there are also local, in-state face-to-face trainings.  It’s important to make as many as possible to educate yourself and include guests to make it a result producing activity!  Get on the Corporate Conference Calls Thursday evenings at 9:00 PM EST, 646.519.5800 PIN 5477#.  Each call provides new information that helps build your business and let’s you know company direction; it’s an excellent call for guests to hear as well. 

We have a daily MINDSET CALL, Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM EST.  Please join us to get your day started off right.  There is also a live Team training/Q & A call along each Monday evening at 6:00 PM EST.  These are both highly recommendedand the same number and access code are used for both calls.
